5. What about exemptions？

Can a student apply for exemptions into a Degree Programme even though he has not fully passed all his subjects in the diploma？

Colleges cannot award a Diploma Parchment until all required subjects are passed. Semester transcripts are however, sometimes accepted by colleges as credit transfers, may be considered on a per subject basis.
