21. When shall I submit my Student Pass for renewal？

Submit your Student Pass renewal application 2 months before it expires. Otherwise you have to pay RM100 for a special pass. If you submit the application 1 week before your Student Pass expires, you will pay another RM100 for late charges. Student Pass renewed is the responsibility of the students who must ensure the Passport & Student Pass remains valid at all times.
